Several types of submissions can be made on the website:

-          Thematic session submission (until March 25, 2025 March 4, 2025)

-          Oral communication submission (from April 5, 2025 March 21, 2025, to May 23, 2025)

-          Poster submission (from April 5, 2025 March 21, 2025, to May 23, 2025)

 

Thematic Session Submission

It is possible to propose thematic sessions related to the Conference theme (or related to the general theme of RIODD, namely the links between organizations and sustainable development). The call for thematic proposals is open until March 25, 2025.

You should use the Thematic template. To submit a theme, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the "Submit a thematic session" tab to download the appropriate form.

Step 2: You have two options:

-  Send your proposal directly by email to riodd2025@sciencesconf.org

Or

 - Click on "Login" to connect to the site. You can create an account on sciencesconf.org and you will receive a validation/activation email immediately. In case of a forgotten password, you can request a reset by clicking on "Forgot password?" and following the instructions.

 

Once logged in, go to Connected Space > My Deposits and click on "Submit an abstract" and follow the site instructions.

 

There are 4 steps:

  • Indicate the title of the submission and its type (here, thematic)
  • Indicate the authors and their affiliations
  • Upload the file containing your proposal following the template provided on the site
  • Validate the summary

 

You will then receive a confirmation email.

 

 

Communication Submission: Oral Communication or Poster

Specific calls for communications (oral and poster) for thematic sessions will be posted on the congress website and disseminated like the general call for communications from April 5, 2025, to May 23, 2025.

Any communication proposal outside thematic sessions, related to the call for papers or to the general themes of RIODD, will be considered. The congress thus offers a thematic orientation that is not exclusive.

 

To submit a communication, you must log in to your sciencesconf.fr account or create one.

Then, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the "Submit a communication" tab to download the appropriate form.
