AbstractIn response to economic, social, and environmental challenges, the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) has proven to be a strategic lever for territorial development. SSE contributes to the creation of resilient and equitable territories, the enhancement of citizens' quality of life, and the promotion of a transition toward a more inclusive and sustainable economy. In other words, SSE embodies an aspiration for a human-centered economy based on the principles of solidarity, cooperation, and ethics, while balancing social utility with economic activity. Moreover, its structure, which promotes the participation of all stakeholders, supports the development of income-generating and employment activities, particularly for women. Social and Solidarity Economy Organizations (SSEOs) play a key role in shaping territories and enhancing their resources by actively engaging in social and economic development. This conference aims to bring together researchers to analyze the territorial dynamics driven by SSE, assess its impacts, and explore potential synergies with public policies. Keywords: Social and Solidarity Economy organizations, territories, sustainable development, inclusion, cooperation. |
